Europe Business Day 2026: One Day in Taipei to Meet Taiwan’s Top Suppliers

On 16 September 2026, the Taipei International Convention Center will host Europe Business Day 2026 — the annual flagship event connecting European buyers directly with Taiwanese suppliers. Hosted by Taiwan’s International Trade Administration (TITA) and co-organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), the event is built around what European companies need most: structured, one-on-one B2B meetings — 30 minutes each, with prospective partners pre-aligned to your sector and sourcing interests.

Why this event matters

Taiwan was the EU’s 13th largest trading partner in 2024, and the gap between European demand and Taiwanese supply capacity in technology-driven sectors continues to widen. Europe Business Day is the most efficient way for a European buyer to close it in a single day.

Buyer categories

This year’s edition covers a broad spectrum of industries:

Semiconductors, Artificial Intelligence, and ICT
Healthcare and green energy
Machine tools, machinery, and precision components

Eligibility and incentives for qualifying buyers

For companies that meet the eligibility criteria, TAITRA offers a substantial incentive package — limited to one buyer per company.

Eligibility criteria:

Annual revenue exceeding USD 5 million
Import value ranking among the top 300 in the respective industry

What qualifying buyers receive:

Round-trip economy class airfare (one buyer per company)
Accommodation — up to NTD 5,000/night, three nights, single room, hotel arranged by TAITRA
Ground transportation between the airport and the TAITRA-designated hotel

Obligations:

Meet with at least 5 Taiwanese suppliers during the event
Complete all scheduled meetings
Submit the post-event questionnaire
