The third WomenINvestEU online matchmaking session for women-led, early-stage startups with innovative, impact-driven solutions. Founders pitch live to a panel of experienced, gender-conscious investors focused on pre-seed/seed opportunities.

When: 26 November 2025, 11:30–13:15 (Bucharest time)
Apply by: 22 October 2025 (rolling review until the deadline)

Who should apply (eligibility)

• Women-led (woman founder/co-founder on the cap table and in the leadership team)
• Europe-based entity (EU or wider Europe)
• Stage: pre-seed/seed (MVP to early commercial traction)
• Profile: disruptive, scalable, with a defensible competitive advantage (IP, data, network effects, regulated access, unique partnerships)

Thematic focus (examples, not exhaustive):

• Assistive tech: robotic personal assistants, inclusive communication platforms, accessibility tooling
• EdTech & entrepreneurship education: gamified STEM learning, platforms for young founders
• Sustainable mobility: smart traffic optimisation, solar-powered micro-mobility, low-carbon urban logistics

Why it matters (value proposition)

• Qualified investor exposure: curated room with investors explicitly interested in women-led teams
• Deal readiness feedback: rapid signal on product/market fit, pricing, and go-to-market from active lead/angel funds
• Follow-ups: warm intros and next-step diligence opportunities for selected pitchers

What to expect on the day

• Pitch slot: 5–7 minutes founder pitch + 5–8 minutes Q&A (timed)
• Format: live online, single-track; investors receive your one-pager and deck in advance
• Follow-up room: short investor huddles post-session for teams flagged as “advance to diligence”
