MEDICA 2026, Düsseldorf: an internationalization opportunity for companies in the medical sector

Between 16–19 November 2026, our partners from ARIES are organizing the participation of member companies at MEDICA 2026, the leading international trade fair for the medical industry, held in Düsseldorf, Germany.

MEDICA brings together manufacturers, distributors, medical technology suppliers, healthcare professionals, and buyers from around the world. Held annually in Düsseldorf since 1969, MEDICA is the central global marketplace for the medical industry. The 2026 edition is expected to bring together more than 5,000 exhibitors from 72 countries and over 80,000 visitors from 165 countries — a concentrated audience of hospital decision-makers, distributors, clinicians, procurement managers, and industry investors.

The fair covers the full spectrum of the medical sector, including medical imaging, health IT, hospital and surgery equipment, laboratory equipment, diagnostics, physiotherapy, and medical consumables and disposables. Financial support through ARICE

The delegation benefits from the support of the Romanian Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade (ARICE), which covers:

reimbursement of 50% of transport and accommodation costs;
promotion and advertising costs, within the approved budget;
costs for the exhibition space and stand construction.

For additional organizational expenses not included in the Agency’s budget, ARIES applies a fee of 300 EUR.

Selection terms

The number of places is limited to 15 companies, and selection is made in the order of registration, on a „first come, first served” basis. We recommend that interested companies submit their documents as early as possible to secure a place in the delegation.
