EUROPEAN INVESTMENT FORUM IN URUGUAY – ”RENEWABLES IN ACTION”

The Embassy of Uruguay has the pleasure to announce the 5th European Investment Forum in Uruguay, titled „Renewables in Action”, which will take place in Montevideo on 30 September and 1 October, 2024. This prestigious event will feature the participation of the European Commissioner for Energy, Kadri Simson, Uruguay’s Minister of Industry, Energy, and Mining, Elisa Facio, and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nicolás Albertoni.

Organized by the Delegation of the European Union in Uruguay, Eurochamber Uruguay, and the Chamber of Commerce and Services of Uruguay, the forum will open on September 30 with a conference, where Commissioner Kadri Simson and Minister Elisa Facio, among others, will deliver keynote speeches.

Additionally, on October 1, from 3 PM to 7 PM, an online B2B session will be held, offering parallel rooms for each company, with a focus on renewable energy and green hydrogen.
