Sebastian is an electronics engineer, with a master degree in optoelectronics, Ph. D student at the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunication and Information Technology – “Politehnica” University of Bucharest. Since 2015 he is being research assistant within INMA – National Institute of R&D for Machines and Installations designed to Agriculture and Food Industry. Since September, 2015, Sebastian acts as a regional contact point for the Enterprise Europe Network, in Romania, also being involved in European projects like “ProSME – Promotion of RO3 SMEs through Enterprise Europe Network” (COSME) and “Clusterix 2.0 – New Models of Innovation for Strategic Cluster Partnerships” (Interreg Europe). In January, 2017 he become auditor for assessing the degree of innovation based on European methodology developed by IMP³rove – European Innovation Management Academy, Germania, also being involved in European project “ProSME Inn – Improving RO3 SMEs management of innovation” (H 2020). He is author/ co-author of 9 ISI scientific articles.
