Biography
With a master degree in corporative finance, Mr. Iorgulescu specialised himself during the last two years in different tools for supporting the internationalisation and innovation of SMEs. He also elaborated an innovation audit methodology based on the adaptation of the German models of ZENIT and Steinbeiss models, which was already applied on numerous SMEs in Romania.
He has been involved in the elaboration of the development strategies of several clusters (Pro Wood, Traditions & Manufacture & Future (textiles), Indagro Vest (agrofood). He is also an IMPROVE auditor accredited by the European Commission since 2015. Since 2013 he acts as a regional contact point for the Enterprise Europe Network, in Romania. Previously he has worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions, being in charge with the firm valuation and due diligence process.
He is the co-author of the Romanian Cluster Competitiveness Analysis.
