Biography
Cornelia is an agricultural mechanical engineer, has a Ph.D. degree, being a Senior Researcher within INMA – National Institute of R&D for Machines and Installations designed for Agriculture and Food Industry with a 33 years’ experience in RDI field. She is the Head of Technology and Business Incubator INMA-ITA (member of Ecabit – Network of Business Incubators and Technology Parks in Eastern Europe and Central Asia), President of IND-AGRO-POL Competitiveness Pole (silver labeled by ESCA), Vice-president of the CLUSTERO – Romanian Clusters Association, senior expert within Enterprise Europe Network and member of “Clusters of Excellence” working group – the Danube Strategy, ARoTT – Romanian Association for Technology Transfer, SIMAR – Romanian Society of Mechanical Engineers, EurAgEng – European Society of Agricultural Engineers. She is co-author of patents and wrote and/or contributed to more than 100 scientific publications. In 2008 she was awarded for the best performing Romanian Technology and Business Incubator (INMA-ITA).
