CAROL HE

Carol He has eight years of work experience in the China IPR SME Helpdesk. The EU funded project aimed to support European small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with their intellectual property rights (IPR) when doing business in and with China. Carol’s work mainly includes monitoring IP policies, providing inputs to SMEs’ enquires about China IP issues and managing the development of IP focused guides and materials.
