Main activities / responsibilities:
Coordination and management of sales strategies:
▪ Coordinating the activities of TV & Print & Radio & OOH department: sales, planning, research, PR, events;
▪ Establishing individual’s business plan for the entire sales team;
▪ Implementation of short and long term selling strategies for each business line;
▪ Management of PR events and public conferences;
▪ Maintaining direct connection at management level with offline media owners;
▪ Scan the market in order to determine directions for achieving the business plan;
▪ Designing the action plans based on the corporate strategy and goals;
▪ Driving business for the managed portfolio in terms of volume, efficiency, income and profitability;
▪ Responsible for growing and developing a high performing organization (multifunctional project management);
▪ Constant development of channel partners’ network
▪ Directly involved in re-designing new organization structure and models to secure sustainable and cost efficient business capability development

Sales activities
▪ Determine the potential market;
▪ Always up to date with the newest market trends and media approach inside and outside the category
▪ Planning and coordinating new media products launches
▪ Negotiating and concluding contracts with strategic agencies for top spender clients;
▪ Maintaining close contact with agencies and direct clients;
▪ Pricing (in collaboration with the marketing department);
▪ Sales forecasts and budgets to be allocated;
▪ Coordinate sales target with marketing activities and communication plan;
▪ Monitor, review and report the sales results, per product groups and per country areas, on a monthly basis;
▪ Monitoring the fulfillment of individuals objectives for the sales team, adjust them depending on changes of internal and external factors;
▪ Analysis and annual negotiation with mandates for financial sales targets.
