César Fernández Elvira
Mr. Fernández has an LB in Spanish Law; Political Sciences and LLM in Intellectual Property and Information Society Law (Magister Lvcentinvs). César is also member of the Spanish Bar Association (ICAM). He worked in SFP Legal, where he advised national and international clients on matters relating to Intellectual Property, Unfair Competition and New Technologies. More specifically, he specializes in contracts and litigation on patents, trademarks, industrial designs, copyright, unfair competition, information technology and domain names. He is currently a leading IP advisor of the Institutional Project Management Office (OGPI) at Alicante University (Spain) in Intellectual Property first-line assistance to European SMEs that are intending to operate or already operating in Latin America.
Mattia Marino
Mattia Marino graduated in International Relations at the University of Perugia, Italy, with a specialisation in international protection of human rights and international cooperation. He has been Project Officer at Eurochambres in Brussels for the Latin America IP SME Helpdesk since March 2022. He has five years of professional experience, of which three years have been spent on the management and implementation of EU-funded projects. He is experienced in providing support to EU SMEs active in international markets, and in maintaining effective relationships with international and local partners and stakeholders.
He has previously been a speaker at webinars and events aimed at raising awareness among European SMEs and BSOs.
