Saudi Arabia is the largest country in the Gulf region with a population of over 35 million, and the largest economy in the Arab World with a GDP of $700 billion. The nearly $55 billion U.S. – Saudi Arabia trade and investment relationship creates thousands of jobs in both countries. In 2020, U.S. goods exports to Saudi Arabia reached $11.1 billion and U.S. imports exceeded $8.9 billion according to the U.S. Census.

Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 sets ambitious targets for the country’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. SMEs will contribute up to 35% of the country’s GDP by 2030 and will boost foreign direct investment from 3.8% to 5.7% of GDP.
