AFACERI.RO TRADE MISSION UGANDA 2026

19 - 22 October 2026

The Afaceri.ro Trade Mission to Uganda 2026 invites Romanian entrepreneurs, SME managers, and institutional representatives to engage directly with one of East Africa’s most stable and rapidly growing economies. Centered around Kampala, the nation's political and economic capital, the mission is designed as a focused, high-impact business experience, giving participants a direct entry point into the East African Community (EAC) marketplace.

The mission is anchored by the Uganda-EU Business Forum 2026 (20-21 October, Kampala), the premier platform for trade and investment between the European Union and Uganda. This flagship event brings together hundreds of international buyers, investors, policymakers, and private sector leaders. It offers structured B2B and B2G matchmaking sessions across key strategic sectors, including sustainable agriculture and agribusiness, renewable energy, infrastructure and logistics, digital technologies (ICT), and green manufacturing. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in high-level institutional dialogue, explore joint ventures, and tap into EU-supported investment frameworks aimed at accelerating Euro-African economic cooperation.

Alongside the forum, the trade mission includes targeted study visits and personalized business training sessions. Participants will navigate market entry considerations, regional trade regulations under the East African Community, investment incentives provided by the Uganda Investment Authority (UIA), and local business etiquette.

Together, these elements position the Afaceri.ro Trade Mission to Uganda 2026 as a strategic gateway into Sub-Saharan Africa, enabling Romanian companies to forge sustainable partnerships, diversify supply chains, and secure long-term international collaborations.
