This edition of our Afaceri.ro Trade Mission is centered around the 31st AGROTICA Expo & B2B Matchmaking Event, the largest agro-economic exhibition in Greece and a premier event in Europe. Set for 11–14 March 2026, this trade mission is designed to foster new commercial partnerships in the agriculture, livestock, and agri-food sectors. Organized by the Federation of Industries of Greece (SVE) and TIF-HELEXPO, the event enables seamless interaction and real-time product demonstrations directly at exhibitors’ stands.

We are actively seeking Buyer Companies to join our delegation. Selected participants may qualify for the Hosted Buyer Programme, which includes:

  • Air travel and hotel accommodation covered by the organizers.

  • Pre-scheduled B2B meetings (minimum of 6) with international exhibitors.

  • Exclusive platform access: Only buyers have visibility of exhibitors and can send meeting requests.

  • Evaluation: Participation is subject to final approval by TIF – HELEXPO S.A..

How to apply (The registration path)

  • Step 1: Pre-screening: Register via the link below to be vetted by our mission coordinators.

  • Step 2: Priority nomination: As an EEN partner, we officially nominate your company to the Greek organizers for the Hosted Buyer Programme.

  • Step 3: Assisted registration: Once approved, we will provide direct guidance to complete your profile on the official b2match platform.

  • Step 4: Final approval: TIF-HELEXPO S.A. will perform the final evaluation for the travel grant.

Registration through the Afaceri.ro portal is mandatory for participants seeking our support and nomination within the EEN network. Companies registering directly on the b2match platform without our prior notification may not be eligible for the Afaceri.ro-led delegation benefits or the Hosted Buyer selection assistance.
