The Afaceri.ro Trade Mission to Chișinău 2026 invites Romanian entrepreneurs, SME managers, and institutional representatives to explore business opportunities in the Republic of Moldova, combining structured business engagement with an in-depth cultural itinerary across the northern and central regions of the country. This is the second edition of the mission, following the success of the first, and it continues to position Moldova as a natural and accessible market for Romanian companies.
The mission opens with a route through northern Moldova — Bălți, Drochia, and Soroca, home to the historic Soroca Fortress — before continuing to Orheiul Vechi, the archaeological and monastic complex carved into the limestone cliffs above the Răut river, where participants will also spend the first night of the program.
The business component takes place in Chișinău and includes institutional visits, structured business meetings, and networking sessions with local companies and representatives, aimed at identifying partnership opportunities and exchanging good practices between the Romanian and Moldovan business environments.
The program also includes a cultural and gastronomic dimension: visits to Mănăstirea Căpriana, one of the oldest monasteries in Moldova, and to several wine estates — Castel Mimi, Château Vartely or Chateau Cojușna, and Vinăria Poiana — with tastings and cellar tours included. Participants will also attend the Uriah Heep concert in Chișinău as part of the program's evening agenda.
Accommodation is provided within the historic Orheiul Vechi complex for the first night, followed by 4★/5★ hotels in central Chișinău for the remainder of the mission. All transfers between key locations are organized as part of the program.
The Afaceri.ro Trade Mission to Chișinău 2026 offers participants a comprehensive introduction to Moldova's business environment, institutional landscape, and cultural heritage, supporting long-term collaboration between Romanian and Moldovan companies.
