Day 1

Travel to Japan

  • Flight Bucharest/Europe → Sapporo, via hub.
  • Receiving the trade mission infokits.
  • Checking the last details before departure.

Day 2

Arrive in Sapporo (Hokkaido)

  • Landing in Sapporo.
  • Hotel transfer and check-in.
  • Gentle city stroll (Odori Park).
  • Training on Japanese business etiquette: Greetings, meishi (cards), invitations.
  • Formal Afaceri.ro dinner.

Day 3

Sapporo (Hokkaido)

  • Morning at Nijō Fish Market.
  • Business meetings and study visits in Sapporo (TBC).
  • Historic Village of Hokkaidō.
  • Twilight view from Mt. Moiwa (if clear).
  • Kaizen training – continuous improvement in business.

Day 4

Sapporo → Tokyo

  • Train to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto, Hayabusa Shinkansen to Tokyo.
  • KonMari Method training applied to workplace organization.
  • Business meetings and study visits in Tokyo (TBC).
  • Sunset Asakusa & Sensō-ji; river walk if hanami is on.

Day 5

Tokyo: Old & new

  • Early Meiji Shrine (quiet forest), walk Omotesandō.

  • Neighborhood immersion: Daikanyama–Nakameguro (books, coffee, cherry canal).
  • Evening izakaya in Shimbashi (order etiquette, toasts, pace).

Tokyo

  • Wagashi (Japanese sweets) or shodō (calligraphy) workshop.
  • Afternoon teamLab Planets (or Ueno Park hanami, timing permitting).

  • Debate topic: How to transfer Japanese know-how.

Day 7

Tokyo → Nagoya → Gifu

  • Tokaidō Shinkansen (~1h40).
  • Toyota Commemorative Museum (monozukuri: making as a way).
  • Training on Toyota Management Techniques.
  • Local rail: Nagoya → Gifu
  • Kinkazan Ropeway → Gifu Castle (city + Nagara River panorama).
  • Kawaramachi preserved quarter (townhouses, regional craft shops).
  • Return to Nagoya for dinner (miso-katsu, tebasaki).
  • Business training: The 7 Samurai Virtues for the Modern Entrepreneur.

Day 8

Nagoya → Kyoto

  • Transfer to Kyoto.
  • Dawn/evening at Fushimi Inari.
  • Tea ceremony in Uji or Gion.
  • Gion twilight walk.

Day 9

Kyoto → Osaka

  • Morning Zen meditation at a temple.
  • JR rapid to Osaka.

Day 10

Osaka → Hiroshima

  • Sanyō Shinkansen (~1h30).

  • Optional ferry to Miyajima for sunset at Itsukushima’s torii.

Hiroshima → Miyajima → Fukuoka

  • Transfer Hiroshima → Miyajimaguchi.
  • Ferry → Miyajima.
  • Morning: old castle ruins walk or local craft stop.
