Summary

Recruitment Consultant - 6 months. During this period of time I got involved in the recruitment process and business development. Because of some problems that occurred at a organizational and management level I renewed my role, together with the manager, and managed this tasks:

- improvement of technical know how and procedures used in the recruitment process;
- organization of the recruitment process;
- organization of the roles inside the team;
- changing the organizational diagram;
- creating basic procedures for the recruiters;
- creating a platform for Management By Objectives;
- changing according to the problems encountered in each project, the sales strategy and the delivering strategy guidelines;
- creating a management plan with monthly targets for business growth at the recruitment service.

Starting from October, I'm recruitment manager, but only at a supervisor level, with the following targets:
- develop the clients database at the local area;
- negotiation of the contracts with the new clients;
- establish with the recruiters their objectives for each milestone in the recruitment projects;
- manage the relations with the existing clients;
- controlling the work volume in the recruitment department;
- motivation of the recruiters to achieve their targets;
- responsible with the training and closely supervision of the junior recruiter, and develop her to become a senior;
- training the recruiters to work on the procedures;
- evaluation of the monthly results.

I use this professional network to "connect" with many specialist than can put me in contact with people that are in the process of changing the workplace or searching some new exciting opportunities in career.
